How we engage
No engagement starts with an architecture we already had lying around. It starts with understanding the constraint you are actually under.
We map the problem, the load it has to survive, the regulation it sits under and the team who will inherit it. You leave this stage with a written scope whether or not you continue with us.
Decisions get written down and justified before code is written — data model, trust boundaries, failure modes, cost envelope. Architecture decision records are part of the deliverable.
